The most efficient method to request a prescription renewal is through our patient portal: Access our Patient Portal. It is a simple and quick process to set up an account and will also allow you to communicate with us via secure email.
Please remember, that some requests will require the benefit of an appointment and evaluation by your healthcare provider prior to providing a prescription.
If you are unable to submit the request via the patient portal, please contact our pharmacy and they will send us an electronic request on your behalf
We also recommend that you contact your pharmacy to confirm your prescription is ready before going to the pharmacy.
Please allow up to 48 hours for processing of all prescription requests
So that the on-call provider can better be available for emergencies, prescription refill requests will be handled during normal business hours.
