Online Appointment Requests
We offer two options to schedule an appointment:
- Access our Patient Portal. This is the easiest and most convenient method and is available 24/7. PLEASE NOTE: New Patients, please call our office to establish a Portal Account.
- Call the office during normal business hours 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.

It is a quick and simple process to set up your account and once set up, it will allow you to utlize several other options for communicating with our office. We will send you a secure email to confirm your appointment.
Pre-Register Online for your Appointment
By requesting your appointment through the Patient Portal and then Pre-Registering, you can arrive 5-10 minutes prior to your scheduled appoinment since most of the administrative and clinical intake will be completed prior to your arrival.
Patients who need to be seen within 48 hours must call the office during regular business hours to schedule an appointment. If you are having a problem that requires immediate medical intervention, please call 911 or go to the closest emergency room.
Appointment Cancellation & Late Appointments
To best serve all patients, we require a minimum of 24 hour notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
If you know you will be arriving late for your appointment, please notify us as soon as possible. If a patient arrives late, we may not be able to see her and the appointment will be rescheduled.
Delays in the Office
We make every attempt to see patients in a timely manner; however, late arrivals, unexpectedly extended problems, and emergencies may cause delays. The staff will keep you informed if a provider is running behind schedule. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and will work with your schedule to satisfy you any way we can.
