Dr. McMillan has been practicing
medicine in the Greater Augusta Region since 1982.
A native of Tampa, he received his undergraduate and
Doctorate of Medicine degrees from the University
of South Florida. He completed his internship and
residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at the Medical
College of Virginia in Richmond and moved to Staunton
to begin his practice. He became Board Certified in
his specialty in 1984. In addition to his love of
obstetrics, he has particular interest in reconstructive
pelvic surgery and pelvic pain syndromes.
Dr. McMillan has two adult daughters
and lives in Staunton with his wife and stepson.

Born and
raised in New Jersey, Dr. Bukovac is the former chief
resident at St. Luke's Hospital in Allentown. Prior
to joining AHCFW in 2005, Bukovac was in practice
in Phillipsburg, NJ, for two years.
Trained in
the osteopathic community, Dr. Bukovac believes in
a multisystem approach to medical care and a preventative
medicine approach to the care of each patient.
Dr. Bukovac lives in Staunton
with her husband, two daughters, and one son.

Chris Dubay
is originally from Maine, but she lived in Colorado for
23 years. She attended Pikes Peak Community College
and worked in a community hospital in the labor and
delivery department for 13 years. While raising her
three children, she returned to school and earned
a Master's Degree in Midwifery from the University
of Colorado Health Sciences Center in Denver.
Chris is happy to be back
on the East Coast and she has made the Shenandoah Valley
her home. She has been in practice for AHCFW since
1999, providing compassionate care for women in the
Fishersville area and the Valley. "It's wonderful
to be able to assist women in having the birth experience
they desire within the safe environment of a hospital."

Wendy has a broad range of experience in nursing before finding her calling in women's healthcare. She has now been with Augusta Heath Care for Women for 10 years. Despite a busy schedule, she completed her Master of Science in nursing, and this Spring she completed her Family Nurse Practioner degree at the University of Virginia. She enjoys providing healthcare services to women of all ages and has a particular interest in providing education and care to teenage girls.
She lives in Staunton with her husband, Rick, and their four children.
