Payment is expected at the time any services are rendered. If you have any questions regarding billing, please call our business office at (540) 213-7750. We accept cash, checks, VISA, MasterCard and Discover.

It is extremely important that you be familiar with the requirements of your insurance plan prior to any scheduled visits to the office. Remember to bring your insurance card, photo I.D., referral (if necessary) and co-payment if required to your appointment.

Affiliated insurance medical companies include Aetna (UVA Employees), Anthem BC/BS, Cigna, Coventry, FAMIS, Medicaid, Medicare, Optima Family Care, Southern Health, TRICARE Prime, United Healthcare, Virginia Health Network, Virginia Premier and Every Woman's Life.  If your insurance carrier is not listed, please call the office at 540-213-7750 for an updated list.
